Hi - Does anyone do a half day/less than a full day trip?  Not sure one member of my family can manage a full day on a boat

You could try the Gocek market trip on a Sunday, not compulsory to go the market. You'll spend an hour and a half or so on the boat then get about 3 hours in Gocek, plenty of time for a wander round and get some lunch, then back on the boat for the return trip. We've always enjoyed this as you get the best of both worlds.
The last one we did was combined with a 12 islands tour, they just dropped a few of us off at Gocek then went off to do a few more islands and picked us up on the way back. Think this is to avoid high mooring costs there, but it was a good day out.

It's not very often I quote from Trip Advisor but this from 24 October 2017.

"We had wanted to go to the 12 islands and when we booked the evening before with Jerry, he did say that only sailing boats go to the islands".

Just a thought but would Inspector be able to shed some light on this matter.

We love the boats from Calis;  you can book at the office opposite the Kerim Hotel.
Our favourite is Ekinim boat, run by the lovely Gokhan, but I’ve tried others, and they’ve been marvellous too.  The food is fantastic - a huge arrangement of mezes with chicken, lamb, fish and liver, then homemade cake and fruit in the afternoon.  No queuing or portion control.
The best thing is they’re operated as a co-operative, so they all share the profits, and there’s no traipsing all the way to Fethiye.
Captain Jerry is a lovely man, but the emphasis of his trips is fishing.

Thanks for your reply Lindsey - I didn't think you could book a 12 island cruise from there.
