Honestly, I have tried to understand this and tried even harder not to ask.....but can someone explain it to me.

H, I'm assuming it's a reference to the phrase 'when life gives you lemons, make lemonade'  meaning make the best of a bad situation and be optimistic.  Hence the melons and dyslexia!
