childrens swimming pool we need some answers

Not sure if posted in the correct section.
I know there was a link on the forum somewhere with regards to issues  of children's swimming pool but I am unable to locate.
Does anyone know where we can find the specifications we seem to have come to a full stop .
Would appreciate any help so we can resolve an on going  issue on our complex.
