Hi Stuart well where do I start Uzumlu chose me really it is a small village with a poulation of only 1700. When I came on holiday to Hisaronou last year I was invited to take a look at Uzumlu with NO intenton of buying but when I saw the valley I just fell in love with it. Only 15 miles from Fethiye but at the foot of the mountains the air there is so fresh, Turkish people say that if you live in Uzumlu you live in good health. It is getting quite developed now but not over developed the local council are keeping a tight rein on that. I rally do love the peace and quiet there.
