I was wondering if anyone(who knows his way around) has thought of downloading an aerial photo (google)and then adding points of interest for all of us expats, so we would know the exact location of them.

Quite a few people have marked points of interest on the Google Earth Community pages. And quite a few of them have also marked several landmarks in the wrong place too. For example Saklikent Gorge apparently is in the hills behind Tasyaka, Lykia World is in Butterfly Valley and the Otogar is up the Karachula Road somewhere near the turning for the Letoon Hospital.

But, hey ho !!

I was thinking more of shops, restaurants, banks etc in the Fethiye/Calis area.

Sorry Tony $:-\$ I was being flippant (again!!) KKOB's post about people getting the position of different places wrong on google earth.... led me up that path... LOL

Do hope you manage to get a sensible answer, better still, an accurate map soon [:X]
