Bought a Villa in Hisaronu back in 2003 which is rented out every year and which we are having great fun with.I'm a BT engineer and bought the villa with my wife Carole, work colleague Steve and his partner Marian. We love all the local areas and every year we come we discover new and wonderful places to visit.Everyone that we have introduced to the area, are now coming back every year and love it as much as we do.There is an enchantment about the area and such a diversity in what you can do and see.
Thats me introduced and if anyone wants to ask any questions I will be more than happy to answer them.
Paul

Hi Paul & Carole,
welcome to the forum. My partner Alan & I are new to the forum too though not strangers to the area. We first visited Hisaronu back in 1994 when it was just a rustic hamlet, my how its grown!! Since it 'took off' we found staying in the Kaya Valley gave us the best of both worlds as we tend to prefer not to be right 'in among it'! We would have liked to have bought in Kaya but it became restricted before we made the decision to buy, so we have chosen Uzumlu, we haven't signed on the dotted line yet, but hopefully we will be proud owners by the end of the year, can't wait!!
Best wishes,
Carole & Alan.

Hi Paul, welcome to the forum, Hisaronu was a bit loud for me, Ovacik was more my scene, but i would think even that has grown in the last 8 years. Alan

Hi Paul and Carole.  I also worked for BT before escaping, and my Calis neighbours are ex BT engineers. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum. The only time that we went into Hisaronu was trying to get to Olu Deniz on Dolmus,Unfortunately, the people in Hisaronu could not get on as it was Dolmus.
