Is there any one out there that works in HR, who could answer a question on redundancy/consultation.
My husband was put on consultation today:(.It affects 4 people in total. Nick did a search on Jobserve and saw the job advertised that they are asking the 4 people to apply for. Is it right that the job be advertised and external applicants be invited to apply before internal candidates have been asked to apply ?
