Google Map with Supermarkets?

Any chance of a google map with positions of supermarkets on it, just to give us first timers a fighting chance of getting to one easy enough?

I would think that the "scaling" would make it almost impossible.

It would be a difficult one as Highlander suggests - the vast area that a map would need to cover would either make the image too huge, or the detail too small to be worthwhile. If you posted where you were staying, someone could highlight where that is, and where your nearest minimarket & supermarket are.

I would also say that you can get most things that a supermarket has to offer in the small shops (mini markets) - maybe a little less choice and a little more expensive - but not always, sometimes cheaper in fact. Supermarkets in Turkey to me are a little different to those in the UK. Larger supermarkets in UK tend to offer a larger choice. In Turkey they have more of the same product piled up on the shelves...

To illustrate the problem, here's an image of where I reckon the nearest two Min Markets are to Letoon at the far end of the prom. To be able to show these with any apprerciation of distances it has to be roughly that size and therefore only covers a very small area. If that makes any sense.

That's pretty good for me as I am staying in the apartments in the very top left o the picture,(the one with the half butterfly swimming pool)

I think there are actually 3 mini markets on the road where Higlanders image indicates "A"  (thats the top left "A" .
