Any "Experts" out there? I have a blue plastic Balcony table which has a lot of scratches on the top.... unfortuneately the blue pigment is only on the surface so the scratches show through as white. Is there any paint which will adhere to plastic and cope with the suns heat outside and the fact that plastic is not 100% rigid[?]
