We would not have minded at all the neighbours borrowing our Barbeque, if they had have cleaned it, put it back with the kindling and brickques they used and then thanked us. Instead they just took it used it did not clean it and left it on their patio with no word to us.  If this is a Turkish custom, it will take a while for us to get used to.
Jacqui.

I was sitting outside the Nill bar on front table with a packet of fags and lighter on the table in front of me a guy i did not know walked up and went to lift them up to take one ,i saw him and grabbed his arm and pushed it down on the table ,I'm quite a big guy so he was really pushing his luck when i had a go at him he said it is Turkish custom and he thought i was Turkish so if you don't want to share put them away.:-\ 8)
