Never stayed in Olu but love to visit! Its easy from Calis by Dolmus and if you get there for sunset its to die! Best of both worlds.

Olu Deniz has the nicest jeweller I know . Nice day out but we prefer Calis.

Calis definately, the people are so much friendlier and it is much cheaper than Olu Deniz,  the latter as you say is good for a visit though, seeing the paragliders landing all around you is kind of novel!

Olu Deniz every time for me.
Much better beach, fantastic choice of restaurants & bars, very friendly people & IMO a different class of resort.
Nothing wrong with Calis but given the choice it's a no brainer for me. I guess it entirly depends on what sort of holiday you want.

Oludeniz does have a nicer beach if thats what you want but Calis definitely has better and cheaper restaurants and bars. Calis overall offers the better holiday experience to my mind.

In my humble opinion there's no comparison, Olu Deniz wins hands down. The beach has clean sand as opposed to a mix driveway shingle, cigarette butts and broked glass. A great choice of top class restaurants and bars to choose from and a truly cosmopolitan and relaxed holiday atmosphere to savour.
