Hello All

I made my first visit to Turkey and Calis Beach in June, and fell completely in love with the area. I will be back for a week in September, and can't wait! I just wish it was for longer.

Like most visitors I found some favourite restaurants, and met some great people. I am looking forward to trying some different restaurants and bars after reading the reviews on here!

I wish I was going to be in Calis Beach for longer than a week in September as there is so many places I want to visit, but I guess a week is better than nothing! I will just have to start planning my next visit.

Ideally I would like to live and work in Turkey (I hold a TEFL cert etc), but I know how difficult it is to get the work permit. There doesn't appear to be many schools recruiting in the Fethiye area either, so I may have to look further afield.

Hi cazza, welcome to the forum. I'd love to live in Turkey too (don't like the "work" bit though - have done enough of that in the UK, lol!

Enjoy your hols in September. As you say, a week is better than nothing.
