Flying back home on OHY379 on 5th October the H4U rep came down the queue at check in flogging extra leg room seats at £10 each. Having been assured that they would be together I bought 2 for the missus and I. When we got to the desk the guy hit a few computer keys then started to look at the operators on the adjacent desks. Eventually he apologised stating that there were not 2 together. We accepted 2 on the same row number but five seats apart.
When I got home I scanned a collage of ticket, extra leg room receipt and boarding card stubs. Sent it to H4U with a very mild complaint and today got my full 20 quid back
