Hello,
I have just joined CBF, although I have been living in Calis for 6 months and have viewed the forum with some interest. It is interesting to see the helpful people and, as a new member I'll be polite,the less so. I am something of a lone wolf and am not gregarious by nature. Elmore Leonard is one of my favourite authors and I have taken my username from one of his books called 'Maximum Bob'. The title refers to a judge in the USA who believes in giving the maximum sentences to criminals. I am an old reactionary of the ' Hang them and flog them brigade' . As I have been burgled twice since I have been living here, I see no reason to change my attitude. Previously, I have lived in Italy and spent 3 years on Rhodes.
I think that's enough for an introduction.
