Investors? It will take millions to buy the land and then develop a course. Who are you looking to as investors? Ex-pats, generally speaking, are living off investments, private pensions, state pensions or a combination. A lot would be potential club members but investors? I think you need to look at big businesses in the UK or elsewhere for this. Interest has been shown in the past, but those interested companies wanted a 60 year lease when the maximum you can get here, at present, is a 49 year lease.
