Looks like I'll be opening a copy of Alton Towers in Catalarik. Of course I'll be needing some investors too :D

Investors?  It will take millions to buy the land and then develop a course.  Who are you looking to as investors?  Ex-pats, generally speaking, are living off investments, private pensions, state pensions or a combination.  A lot would be potential club members but investors?  I think you need to look at big businesses in the UK or elsewhere for this.  Interest has been shown in the past, but those interested companies wanted a 60 year lease when the maximum you can get here, at present, is a 49 year lease.  I wish you the best of luck in your venture as it would give the area income from golf tourism and all its spin offs, including much needed jobs for the local community.

I must be alone in not applauding this announcement. Two phrases that mean nothing when placed side by side are "it looks like there will be" and "we need investors". Knowing a little more than some about golf & Uzumlu I'll save my messages of good luck till phrase one appears without phrase 2.
