They are both a bit further along the prom past the Mendos and the Gunes hotels.   We have stayed in both the Ceren and Seketur and found them both absolutely fine.

The Ceren and the Seketur are only about 50mts apart. The seketur is totaly family run and excelent. The Ceren has a noticable german contingent and has line dancing in the mornings!!germans are early to bed and early to rise(remember the towels around the pool etc)So if in doubt probably the Seketur would edge the ceren without being racist. If you want to book at the Seketur,it is in the Jewel in the crown brochure.good luck

Thanks captainjohn, I was thinking of the Ceren as it looks like the pool is on the front like the Area, and the sea breeze is good, but line dancing in the mornings???
Is the Seketur pool on the side or at the back?

The Seketur pool is just at the back of the restaurant block - so, although not far back,  you don't get much breeze but it is a big pool.   Thomsons are offering the Ceren this season, so it could well be a lot more Brits will be there. When we stayed at the Ceren many years back, we used the very front of the garden so we could benefit from the breeze, but for the past few years this area has been cordoned off so guests were restricted to the area just around the pool which wasn't so good - this might change now Thomsons are sending people there.  The rooms in both hotels are very much on par - basic but clean.  Mel on reception at Seketur is very helpful and speaks good english.

I hope to be at the Ceren in 13 days time. I love line dancing, so that suits me great.
