Those who are awake and sober (the others see different things all the time)might be interest to know that Mars during the month of August will the closest to Mother Earth for many years. And can be seen with the naked eye, and appear to be nearly as big as the moon.

Unfortunately, c1, the notion that Mars will look nearly as big as the moon is an internet hoax. Shame.
