When we out in June we noticed a pretty swanky Hotel/Apartment complex which was nearing completion. Its on the same side of the road as the Seastar Apts & Tugay Hotel. Looks like its got a sail on the roof of each block. Anyone got an idea what its called & any sites where you can check it out. People in June were suggesting it may be 4* or even 5* with Spa facilities etc.
