BBC Prime gone???

Just wondering if anyone else has lost BBC Prime (channel 105 on Digiturk) or is it just us?  Cheers.  Jan

If you mean what was BBC Prime now BBC entertainment Mine is fine. I had probs with digibox last week couldnt get anything except TRT channels, Unplugged from mains for 5 minutes now OK

Try doing a re-install on your Digiturk system and you'll probably get it back.

anyone elses prime (e) gone again how do you re install HELP

Lost BBC Entertainment and BBC news last night.
Use the OPTS button on the handset, select the menu and go to
instalation and re-set, everything was back to normal then.

We tried all that was suggested...beer in cupboard brewing now...awaiting results.

We had to get Digiturk back (footie!)and the engineers said they fixed it.  They moved the satellite dish, pressed buttons and thought it solved the problem.  

They were on their way out of our house when all the channels they "got back" were lost again.  

After much swearing and threats (not that much swearing really )Phil just wants to see Chelski playing, 20 minutes later it was fixed...and has remained so...forever more I hope!

Anyway, it seemed like a common problem so if you have lost channels just get them in!
