Welcome to CBF Dave.   if I lived in Turkey full time i think I would have an interest in home brewing too ! I'd have to learn the art of the perfect ale - could earn a fortune selling it !!

That brings back memories as I used to do a lot of  home brewing many moons ago. Can remember it exploding many times before we got it right!!!. Welcome to the forum.
