I am fairly sure that is incorrect. If the bi-annual meddling with the clocks is stopped it will be next March after they have been put forward an hour to British Summertime  ;) This will maintain the 2 hour gap in summertime but we will only be one hour behind in winter unless Turkey changes as well  8)


That's how I understood it also, however they have been saying it every time the clocks go back for the last ten years or more:D

Evidently it would save lots of carbon emissions so maybe the green brigade will push this through. Personally it won't affect me much apart from when I go on holiday.
