Hi,My name is Hazel,my husband Fred I intend to move to turkey in May can anyone tell if buy a property cash can we live in it before the notary or deeds come thourgh,also any help in bring my yorkie dog with us,in fact any kind of help or advise on the move would be nice.

Hi Hazel, welcome to the forum.
The answer to your question is yes, we moved into our house in August and got the Tapu(Deeds)just before Christmas. If you use the search facility there is loads of information about importing pets. good luck with the impending move.
