We pay 125ytl per month. Includes 24 hour security, large pool, external lighting, stair cleaning. Also had our balcony railings painted. Oh and a large garden very well kept.
I don't think this is especially cheap but oh well that is the price.

£80 per quarter includes pool, garden, communal electricity & cleaning of communal stairways. We've also amassed a bit of a slush fund for emergencies eg last year we intalled soak away drainage as after the surrounding roads were made up the level was higher than that of the site paths & we experienced severe flooding whenever it rained heavily. Garden lights also had to be rewired & the pool regrouted.

I think ours are 50ytl a month!
We paid 700ytl last August which was from June 2010 until August 2011- 14 months ( just cos we knew we wouldnt be out again til August)
For that we have a site manager, gardener, lovely gardens (no pool) exterior lighting to perimeter fence, communal lighting to hallways and paths and regular painting to masonary and brickwork. Satisfied with that as the complex always looks smart!

We are on a sitesi of 12 villas, run by ourselves with as Turkish manager who is always available.  We hasve a resident gardener, we control the money.  Were with Hasnel and 7 years ago it was £75 per month after being told when bought would be £25, but now £70 including a slush fund.  We get 24hour help, all communal electric, very large pool etc.  SSK and salary for Byram takes up quite a lot but all immaculate. Remember the less villas the more you pay, if you have a place with lloads of apartyments or villas it works out cheaper
