It was such a lovely wedding, day and night. During the day resident brits and tourists mingled with Muhammet and Tugce's family and friends and sampled some delightful traditional food in Four Seasons. In the evening, having done the traditional tour of the village horns sounding, Muhammet and Tugce arrived at the Monday market area in Hisaronu to traditional fanfare, where a wedding seating area, large screen displaying photos of the couple and lighting had been assembled.
Then begun be a registration service, unusually overseen by the Baskan Keramettin! Muhammet and Tugce then took to the floor to be joined by guests to dance the night away. Later in the evening the 9 tiered cake arrived with accompanying fireworks. Muhammet performed on the Saz and at around 10.30pm family and friends were be invited to deposit their gifts or traditionally pin money and formally congratulate the happy couple.
Mo and Tugce visited a few bars in the village before retiring to their secret honeymoon hotel.
