Having been unable to depart Leeds/Bfd due to high winds with T.C on Mon last, we were bussed to Mch and consequently arrived four hrs late into DLM.(funny how little fly-bees were coming and going same with Jet 2 but not the only flight with T.C but hey ho)
On arrival we found the Rain Transfer desk empty but there was a tel No.(but no reply)Fortunately we did have the confirmation with a different 24hr contact no.and we were advised" do not know anything about your reservation".Well then were did we get the reference No. from if we did not have the confirmation in front of us.?no answer and no pick-up.Checked to see if any of the other operators could take us..Not possible, can I make reser,now.no. Checked with T.C not interested"Ended up doing a deal with yellow taxi.!!
