Just got back today after having a few nights in Kaleici(old town Antalya)and bought ticket over counter at Otagar in Antalya.
Takes approx 3.15 hrs price 20tl going by Pammukalle Big Bus(think same with Kamel Koc).Times depart 10-30am 12-30am and then 18-30p.m.
From memory if you are taking the airport bus to Otagar it will be
the red bus No.600 and runs from 06-00am-23-00pm.Again from memory think they run every 1/2 hr.

I just turned up at Antalya otogar & bought the ticket at the relavent kiosk, the Bati Antalya & Fethiye Seyahat buses are roughly hourly & cost 18tl in March. You can pick up timetables for both at the otogar in Fethiye. These buses take around 3:30 - 4:00 hours to reach Fethiye & there's at least one comfort break up in the mountains.

The airport bus goes from one of the international terminals (it waits at the far end of the car park) & the domestic terminal (stop just outside the entrance) & takes about an hour to reach the otogar.
