Just an interesting point re - oils and cooking. Olive oil is not very good for cooking with as far as health benefits go. It's much better for you when used cold or used in warm cooking (not high temps). Also extra virgin is the way to go - olive oil or coconut.
This article is very interesting. It shows what fats are in each type of oil and that coconut is the best by far for cooking with. Unfortunately it's pretty hard to find in the UK and isn't cheap.
