A room in Folkestone
« on: February 15, 2012, 20:43:26 PM »
Hi it's a bit of a long shot but here goes, my son has secured a job in Folkstone. It means he needs to find a room in a house to rent. Do any of you CBF people have any contacts in the Folkstone area who have a room that might be prepared to rent out if only on a short term basis until he finds something more permanent. Thanks in advance.

Job done -A bedsit rented above The ship Inn, The Stade, Folkestone (London Pride, spitfire and a guests ale:D) -Full sea view, new ensuite, £100 a week including all bills. Trips out of his door and into work in less than a minute (no exageration) absolutely perfect. Thanks to those who sent wishes via facebook and those who emailed me to let me know of some lines of enquiry.

He left Fawsley and got a level 3 apprenticeship in catering and has now got a job as Demi chef de Partie at Rocksalt . Starts next week. I asked him to get some bits together and so far only the beach caster has made it to the pile!
