I think we all know that there is no time in the near future that Inheritance Rules in Turkey will change, as already said they are the same as Spain and many other countries, but the good old UK have a law that does not help in Inheritance Law it states that "movable objects come under the UK law but Immovable Objects come under the countries Inheritance Law that they are situated in"
Here are two good law internet sites that give a good insight to what one can do, but I suppose like all countries it does not mean it will be done just as you want it.
