Ill Winds & Silver Linings

You know, finding something good in what appears to be bad news.

My contribution. Being diagnosed with high cholesterol levels led to me finding Scottish oatcakes (as helpful diet). I hadn't  tried them before - and they are scrummy.

Yes, they're great for keeping up the cholesterol levels if you wrap 'em round some streaky bacon, melted cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes.  ;)  ;)

Love Oatcakes and you can get them in different textures, rough or smooth milled.  We like the Nairn Oatcakes the best.
