Does anyone know if there is a map of ALL the dolmus routes out of Fethiye ?
A list of routes would do but a map would be better !
(I can't find anything on Google :( )

Not that I know of
But basically there's Fethiye to Calis Sahilden ( coast ) way from big mosque, Fethiye to Calis Gunlukbasi way along the road slightly from mosque.
From the big mosque you can get dolmus to Hisaronu, Olu Deniz, Kaya, Saklikent, Nif,  Ciftlik Kargi, Yaniklar, Esen,
From the bus station by the petrol station near the Tuesday market you can get dolmus to Ortaca.
On the otogar or main road in Fethiye you can pick up the Tasyaka to Karagozler dolmus.

Probably loads of others, maybe others can help?

Also from the bus station: Gocek, Uzumlu & Kumluova

There's a 3rd route from Fethiye to Calis, it goes from behind the mosque & is the Huzerevi route that goes past Sunday market to the old folks home on the far side of the (now not) upside down bridge

Some of the Kaya dolmuses also continue to Gemiler
