I usually complain about FTC or any other airline for that matter, yet today I had to ancel our return flight 7th June and make it for this Friday instead, all done online and only charge £35 for the inconvenience and they deducted what I paid for the flights originally. now that is great (so far), let us see what Dalaman has to throw at us!
