I just put in to Thomson 10 nights next May and its telling me there is only 1 room left!!!  £1344 each for standard room AI - Crazy for a hotel that NOBODY knows where it will be!!

And premium brands are NOT included, and 2 of the restaurants are not included either. For that price I'd want Jack Daniels and champagne on drips

I shall be opening a state of the art Karzi at the foot of the beautiful Mountains of Fethiye complete with its own bucket of crytsal clear water from the fabled well of the Sultans etc etc etc ----  

I have enjoyed this topic and made me smile a lot, there is a serious side to it though, and I have actually complained many times to organisations and if they dont take action to the advertising standards agency www.asa.org.uk/Complaints/How-to-complain/Online-Form/Step1.aspx and urge others to do the same if you identify absolute lies or deliberately misleading data, its only by making them change they will -- accepting is not the way  

I seem to remember a year or so back a british Holiday Company advertising a Hotel in Kaya Koyu with a picture of a beach in Antalya! I shall be complaining about to Travel Republic saying that "Harman Hotel is located in Fethiye, close to Fethiye Fish Market" is completely misleading and asking them to correct this, (minutes on a web server to do so). Imagine a partly disabled family saving up for their first Holiday in many years and being so excited they will close to the beach to find they are miles away! As I always say -- there is Advertising, Politics and outrightright lies  

It only takes a few minutes to fill in the forms.

Just heard that it's been put back to 2015! Offers of a refund or a change of hotel from Thomsons.

This was from a chap on the FB Sesatori Fethiye page who received a phone call today.

Looks like the buildings next to Sunset are probably not the Sensatori then.

I believe the site next to Sunset (Surf Club side, next to the hill, where the 007 camp was) belongs to Hanel and they have their own plans to build a hotel there when the market conditions are right. Of course they could have changed their minds and sold it on since I was told this but I'd be surprised.

The site between Seaside and Jiva that is being built on now doesnt look like a hotel - more like apartments in my opinion.
