.....I decide to start property hunting in Fethiye at the same time there is a property selling boom in Fethiye!
The Agents are telling me that this is a brilliant season for them so far. One agent has just told me that he has sold more properties in the last 2 months than he has sold in the last 2 years. (Yeah I said 'Really?' too)
And he also feels the property boom is down to a few factors but a big factor being that more Turks are wanting to buy European style properties.
I'm aware that some Agents may try to make out the market is busier than it really is to create a sense of urgency to prospective buyers but it seems to be the same story from all the agents that I'm dealing with at the moment. And an awful lot of the properties I have been coveting are now displaying 'SOLD' against their details online....*sigh*
