I really think one email not answered could be a mistake, two, and I would be off somewhere else.  There are so many transfer people looking for business that are on the ball.  I would worry if they don't answer emails they may not be there to pick you up.

Mutlu is brilliant, all the drivers are very careful, lovely clean mini buses and always on time always brings a hire car to the house and picks it up, all good clean cars
Never been let down by them yet.
We used to use A2B but they are not as good as they used to be.

I spoke to Mutlu on his mobile yesterday, as I forgot to tell him how many people he was picking up, so he's still around, and yesterday's transfer went smoothly.

I sent Mutlu an Email 2 weeks ago booking transfer from Dalaman to Calis...he got back to me with 2 hours. Are you sure you've got the correct Email address for him..?? I can give you his mobile number that he gave me when I booked with him if you want..??

To be fair he never answered my email to confirm our return pick up. I sent it Thursday AM and also sent a Facebook message at the same time.

I rang him at tea time on Friday and got through at the second attempt. I put it down to him being so busy.

I would still use again though. Excellent pick ups and drop offs.

we have had a number of e mails now confirming our booking for a transfer, hopefully only one will turn up on the day. We have found them to be good drivers, polite and reliable, which is why I started to panic when I did not get a response.
