Any fish you bring in must be fresh and gutted, cooked, cured, dried or smoked.

That's where I've being going wrong!! Always stinks by the time I get home and never stays fresh  ;)

I once brought about 4kgs of Feta back from Greece. When I opened my case I just poured the contents straight into the bin. It was rancid.
