Good news for all the avid keep fitters we have found a new venue   
The Sevi Classic Hotel
Monday & Friday 10.30 – 11.30 (new people please come 10.15)
Our 1st class will be on Monday 11th November
Tea, Coffee and snacks can be purchased in the Sevi Hotel after the class for anyone who may need reviving. :
Hope to see you all eager and ready to get back into shape after our long lazy summer.

Sorry Westy we don't as most of the people that come like to get the keepfit done early so that they can enjoy the rest of the day ha ha  As for the weekends if we had enough people that wanted this it could be done.
