as there is much hard work that goes n behind the scene that people dont realise about.

I am privileged to see exactly how much work, over a long period, goes into this event and it is simply staggering.

That is why I confess to getting quite emotional when congratulating everyone involved.

The 3 C’s committee and their local supporters are really wonderful people who deserve every single plaudit they receive.

I can but only add my own – very well done guys and girls.

Well done also to everyone who participated and contributed to such spectacular success.

PS Very well done to Murat, a good friend since our very first visit to Calis.

Again huge congratulations.  I just wanted to let the members know what the Fenerbache shirt managed to raise overall.  I originally obtained  the shirt for the Animal Aid Charity and then bought it at that auction (280tl).  Then I donated it to Vojos for their auction for the Soma disaster.  It raised approximately 600tl.  It was then kindly donated by Martin for the Promises auction, which I believe raised in excess of 800tl.  So, in total, the shirt (which took a lot of hassle to obtain and then nobody wanted it!!! - Thanks Heavens) raised approximately 1800tl for 3 well deserving charities.  Not too bad for a shirt nobody seemed to actually want! Great!

Any improvement on last year is remarkable - but amazing considering the huge fund raising locally for the Soma mine disaster communities which also raised incredible amounts.

Well done to all concerned in this - arranging, donating & buying - you do need all three   :)
