Energy savings
« on: November 12, 2014, 15:19:13 PM »
The link below is to a deal for the cheapest gas & electric supplier in the UK

      http://www.extraenergy.com/home/big-deal

I've just switched to them with a projected saving over 12 months of  £601.

Over 30,000 people got together and asked ALL the energy companies for their best deal.

Well worth a look and a simple procedure.

I will stick, my comparison worked out at £-1 and £-22

Don't use your monthly DD to compare, you must compare the KWh per year or they lie. also check the standing charges.

I'm on a fixed tariff with BG that ends in May. If I switch now it would mean going into another fixed tariff for a year and will save me £10 a month. Not worth the hassle to be honest as BG will probably have a new offer for me in May anyway.

Might be useful for some though  :)
