My wife informs me that there is and it is called( Kumas icin cift tarafli yapiskan bant) and you can get it in the fabric shop behind the fish market.

They used to stock a product called Wundaweb.

Google it and take a picture of it in with you. If they haven't got the exact product, they'll certainly have something similar.
