Try the small place at the back of the prom next to the Delta. All the local Turk eat there, as do the taxi drivers.
My son was on his honeymoon in the Delta and he went down for kebaps at midnight and took them back to the room and told us they were the best he every tasted. He was down there the next night too.

Well on honeymoon you can get hungry and after you have been in bed for a while having a snack may be just the thing.
