Hi Berry and welcome.
We too have just bought in Turkey Off Plan, as you say scarey and exciting.
This is by far the best Forum.

we too bought a villa in August and were so excited, nervous, worried etc, 3 months on and we are just about getting used to it, welcome to the Forum it's a great place to find out all manner of things, just use the search facility at the top and away you go, we managed to furnish our property using the information that other people provided, good luck
