Thank you Orange

I think it is a thread on a discussion forum about good and bad experiences when using Orange. It is the sort of thing one might expect on a discussion forum.

Although I haven't used Orange for a while, I have used them many times and can honestly say they NEVER once let me down.

There's my contribution to the debate

Orange are one of the best company's we have ever worked with!

They still after 3 years continue to impress and we are not easily impressed.

Never seen a bad review about them, would have thought more to it. Also I have seen and heard many many good ones.

I have probably been using Orange longer than anyone on this Forum and never had a problem with them whether it be transfers or maintenence.

It seems to me that good reviews outnumber the bad ones.

I have yet to find a company or service that will please everyone 100% of the time.

Orange are no different but they appear to get it right many more times than they get it wrong.

We did have one problem last year. We asked them to arrange for the interior of our house to be painted. Unfortunately when we checked it we found it was not the best paint job in the world. We had a word and the work was re-done free of charge - to a very acceptable standard.

In my mind that is what makes the difference between good and poor service - admit it when it goes wrong and sort it out.
