Id love a boat trip but I get really sea sick to the point where I was actually ill on a 45 min canal trip in Amsterdam...any suggestions for a cure???

  Ginger, I used to have a problem on boats, but have been ok since I tried this.  I always take 'Gingernut' biscuits, just in case, or you can pick up tablets from places like Holland & Barrett
