Hi Mike Im a new member - Dean. Although Ive visited the area many times albeit a few years ago. I own an apartment and was considering moving out in a few years. What do you think Mike. How have you found it. Any hints tips or opinions are very welcome. many Thanks

Hi, I'm a new member and joined because we have just purchased a property in calis and I felt it may be a way of getting to know people, the place and finding out things that may be useful for us. I can see from reading that I may have a contribution to make from time to time myself (we'll see!)
