Young Turks
« on: October 16, 2007, 07:17:19 AM »
It's a phrase that seems to be often used in British Political reporting  all of a sudden - I've just heard it again on BBC Breakfast News, in relation to possible successors to Menzies Campbell.

Does anyone actually know why younger potential candidates for a political job are referred to as "Young Turks"?
