Stoop yes i do agree he should have sorted it by now ,i sent a message yesterday to a friend of his to have a word with him ,its just so unlike him to mess people about.

hiya we use nedim he is good worker and a top bloke, however getting him back to do any repairs is a nightmare- i would only use him if your prepared to wait a looong time for any work..!!

finally my promised report on Nedim,wasn't our roof that was leaking but where the flat roof terrace meets the low parapet wall.Working with Nadim the problem has now been sorted,I,m sure that he is now able to deal with a similar situation,But as has been said you may have to chase him

Isn't the above statement aimed at a majority of work/tradesman.

Nedim is great, someone told him we had a problem, he thought it was serious and was at our house in 5minutes, since then has carried quite a few jobs, however, a simple job of enclosing our balcony with a blind has not materialised, knowing Nedim he has probably totally forgot, and will need reminding, [)]
