Crime Stats up North

Following the tale about e mails to airlines from our top cops up North, I thought blimey it must be quiet up there

So I thought I know I'll look up the crime stats. see if its nice and quiet up there now, and guess what, there is still one or two unsolved crimes

Take a look at these, Where are our Policemen and what are they doing with their valuable time?

my guess is they are wasting a lot of time on petty things and not concentrating on the criminals, what do you think?
