I must  admit, don't care about the gym or bar,In fact the info I had when we signed the contract was that they wouldn't be ready this year. As long as we have  beds [roof, doors, that sort of thing] we'll survive!  And Kenan has said all along that he will put us up at his expense if things aren't sorted.
It would be nice to get in there  and I do have two other grandchildren who are desperate to go over- but I know that everyone's working full out on our behalf- and I'm just trusting them to do their best- we'll get there in the end!

Seems all we can do is hope for the best.
As we're treating this as part of our summer holidays I'll be very disappointed if there's no pool ready although the landscaping, gym etc I can live without.
We were originally told completion would be end of May so booked flights for July thinking all would be rosey, now it seems we may spend our fortnight on a building site.
BUT.....................
I don't care.... we got a place in the sun and it's all ours!

Just to add
Jan, did Kenan tell you he would put up everyone who went out in July to an unfinished apartment?  We have mentioned to Keith and Heidi about other accomodation etc but to date have had no response from them.

He put William and I up in May [although we transferred at my own cost, cos I wanted to be in Calis, so we went to Cenk and Olga's- also due to the fact that I was without Ron, and I'm a bit lost without my other half, wanted to be somewhere familiar!]
He said then that if aparts weren't ready he would put the four of us that have flights booked up in July, - I can't see him making one rule for one customer and not for others- he struck me as a very genuine person and - and I don't use this term lightly- a gentleman, I think if you mail him he will do the same for you!

Hi Anne

I don't recall an email from you asking about that, but the builder will pay for accommodation for those who have booked flights based on the original completion date.

Stop worrying, everything is taking shape.

Sent email at least a fortnight ago Keith.
Some other questions there too!
Will send again, seems you haven't received it.
Not too worried, more excited.

You say you sent it before and have resent it today - surely that is SECOND time lucky??

Well actually it isn't lol - no email has arrived. Have you got the right address? The last one we got from you was yesterday, which simply asked if the apartments would be ready by the end of July.

I believe so, have said so here and if you would like me to reply to your email saying I believe so, then I can  :) :) :)

8)Returned from Calis about 3 weeks ago.  Picked my deeds up 30/08.  I had minor problems with the apartment (e.g. leaky shower, cracked tile etc) but between buyer, agent & builder they were eventually resolved.

:PThe apartments are very nice (the pool is bril) and larger than I imagined from when I first viewed the concrete shell back in May.

Was expecting a visit off Keith & Hiedi but I expect their busy schedule and my constant stream of questions may have put them off!!

Whilst in Calis me & Janice had a nice time and met a few members
