I too think it is a good idea, there are plenty of good agents here, good solicitors too.
The service levels we supply are a more intense than those we supplied in the UK with most agents here, being helpful even after completion.  I remember in the UK, that once a sale had completed, that was that.  If either party had problems with the property they had moved into, they had to go directly to the builder or their solicitor end of subject.

thank you for your replies but the question is which agents are not rogues or rascals. if you look at the adverts they are all wonderful people.
who do you recommend

found it anyways, i must confess it looks very good for the money, does it include everthing you can see on web site ?
and how close to beach an the like, is it near where water taxi stops i have a map of calis and was wondering just wher eit was.
but the old woman and i would very much like to take a look whilst we are there.
maybe you could enlighten us to how the buying system works ie how much deposit and the like
